FSC’s Own “Tee Tee Solo” Performing this Summer

Tunisia “Tee Tee Solo” Solomon – an FSC math student and world-music performer – has upcoming “One Love” concerts scheduled in Wheatley Heights and West Babylon.

The Wheatley Heights concert will take place at Hermann Griem Park, June 20. The Brennan High School, West Babylon, performance is scheduled for July 6.

Tunisia performs “feel good” music infused with reggae, jazz, calypso, salsa and R&B. Her repertoire includes cover versions of popular songs as well as original material. Says Tunisia: “The job of an artist is to reflect the times. I agree; however, I also want to paint a picture of a greater tomorrow through my music.”

The concerts are free, but everyone is asked to donate non-perishable foods to Long Island Cares’ ‘music2Meals’ campaign.

Visit Tunisia’s Facebook page for more information; email her at solot@farmingdale.edu or call 631-545-3733.
