The one and only Ram-bo!

Mascot Madness – the annual rite of Spring
that brings out school spirit across all SUNY campuses – is right around the corner. That means it’s time to gear up to support our very own Ram-bo!

Mascot Madness – which begins with the first round of voting on March 14 – is a competition among mascots all across the SUNY system, to find out which one is New York’s favorite. Ram-bo made it to the semi-finals last year, so let’s rally around our mascot and put him over the top in 2017!

Of course, if you’re going to vote for Ram-bo, maybe you’d like to know more about him. Here are some Ram-bo facts from an interview Campus Times did with our mighty mascot:

Favorite place to hang out – Nold Athletic Complex
Favorite on-campus eatery – POP’s Dining
One superpower you’d want – Healing, so our athletes can be better, faster and stronger
Which of the Seven Dwarfs is most like you? – Happy
Favorite pizza topping – Leafy Greens
Which SUNY mascot would you team up with in a three-legged race? – Wolfie, from Stony Brook
