Christine Walsh Egan: Redefining Healthy

Tuesday, 10/ 25 at 11 a.m. in University Club

Christine Walsh Egan is coming to campus to speak through the Farmingdale Fit Program. Christine is a certified health coach with a thriving private nutritional coaching practice. She will speak about her battle with cancer and the way she is redefining healthy.

As a certified health coach, Christine Egan was the last person who thought she’d get breast cancer. But after receiving the diagnosis for breast cancer, she began a journey of empowering herself to be her healthiest and happiest yet. She shared her story in a book, The Healthy Girls Guide to Breast Cancer, that became a resource that women of all health statuses turn to, and she’s been featured in Prevention Magazine, Yoga Journal, Better Homes and Gardens, FOX News and more!

This event is open to all students, faculty, and staff.
