Fall 2016 Safety Stand Down for Aviation Students

Safety stand down promotes knowledge-based aviation safety training along with personal discipline and responsibility as essential elements for aviation safety. Carefully selected presenters will help change the way you think about aviation safety.

This semester’s speaker will be Captain Ryan Doland from the US Marines. His presentation will be “Operational Risk Management:a USMC Aviation Approach.” Expect to come away from the safety stand down with effective new tools to reduce aviation safety risks, improve procedures and process new methods for improving personal situational awareness and judgement.
