Online Procurement System is Open

The new 2016-17 fiscal year started on July 1, and the online procurement system is now reopened.
When entering a new year requisition, you will initially see the following error message:
At this point, simply hit “OK.”
Also, please remember that REQ numbers for the new fiscal year will start with a “9.”
Administration and Finance will notify the campus when the departmental allocations have been posted and the campus is back to normal business operations. That will likely be at some point in August. If there are any questions, please contact the Purchasing Department at x2245/2371.
