Call for Campus Life Award Nominations

Nominations are due no later than Friday, April 8 by 5:00 p.m. No forms will be accepted after the deadline. Please send nominations to wiziorc@farmingdale.edu,  Fax: 631-420-2139 or  Inter-Office mail to Roosevelt  116.

The Campus Life Awards are held each spring in order to give recognition to students and members of the Farmingdale State College community who are involved in a number of areas of campus life and have demonstrated significant leadership abilities and accomplishments. All current Farmingdale State College students, staff and faculty are eligible to submit nominations. Forms are viewable for download: Campus Life Awards.
