FSC’s $2.9 million First in the World Grant Info Session for Faculty
Farmingdale State College is just one of 17 institutions in the US awarded a prestigious First in the World grant from the US Department of Education. FSC’s four-year project is titled “Creating Research Opportunities for Students.”
With our $2.9 million First in the World grant, Farmingdale State College is creating a program called the Research Aligned Mentorship (RAM Program).
As the program is developed, the grant will provide support for faculty in the form of internal grants.
As PD, Dr. Kahn will fund faculty to design research experiences for students, enhance pedagogies, plan seminars, teach collaborative learning workshops, etc. etc.
