Change to Minimum Wage for Hourly and Student Workers

There has been a change to the proposed minimum wage increase scheduled to begin December 31, 2016, based on a resolution made by the SUNY Board of Trustees to align the minimum wage paid to hourly employees and student workers.

The minimum wage rate of pay will be $10.00/hour, and not the $10.75/hour rate that had been previously approved.

Students will be paid $10.00/hour for any hours worked after December 31, 2016, unless notified otherwise by your department.
