Enough is Enough

On October 21, 210-21-2015-DSC_0247015 Farmingdale State College’s faculty, staff and students participated in Wear Purple Day to Shine the Light on Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention. The effort was spearheaded by Dr. Veronica Henry.

The purpose was to raise awareness of domestic violence – to get everyone talking about “purple” as a way to discuss domestic violence, and to let victims know they’re not alone and that resources are available no matter where they live.

So Farmingdale State College joins with New York State and the Nation to say, “STOP DOMESTIC VIOLENCE” and “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.”
