More than 475 Lives Will Be Saved

Farmingdale faculty, staff, and students who donated blood at the October 1 blood drive will be happy to know that their collective donations will help save more than 475 Long Island lives. That’s according to Sue Lingenfelter of the New York Blood Center. The life-saving event saw 163 members of the Farmingdale family turn out, which was just one donation shy of the all-time Farmingdale record.
