Kevin O’Callaghn’s 3D Art Through 11/9

Memorial Gallery Director Philip Simone has arranged a pair of must-see exhibits for this fall. The season begins on September 15 with Kevin O’Callaghan, noted 3D designer, sculptor, educator, and co-creator of the world-famous Yugo Next project.

And you won’t want to miss the Tuesday, October 13 lecture by O’Callaghan, in Gleeson Hall Room 104 from 3:05 – 4:20 p.m. A reception for the artist will take place in Hale Hall from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Upcoming events:
Movie character designer/animator Peter de Seve’s show debuts in November. It will feature work from many of his animated films, such as A Bug’s Life, Finding Nemo, Mulan, and Ice Age, as well as a collection of his New Yorker covers. De Seve will speak on Tuesday, December 8; the lecture and reception locations and times are the same as for O’Callaghan.
