Want your story, announcement or event to be considered for The Campus Times?
Just fill out the pertinent fields below. Your request will be sent to the Campus Times editor, our campus social media platforms, and campus entrance signs.
Please submit no later than noon the Thursday before the following week’s issue.
If you want to include a flyer (saved as a PDF) or a photo (saved as a JPEG) with your request, please upload them below. Note: PDFs and photos must be no larger than 1MB.
All items are reviewed by the Office for Institutional Advancement. Those that fit the newsletter’s content criteria will be published. In general, Campus Times items are included for two weeks, and for several days on the entrance signs, so please time your submission accordingly.
The Route 110 digital sign is reserved for special events which mostly support student recruitment.
Announcements on the Video Bulletin Boards in classroom buildings are handled through the Office of Information Technology. To request an announcement, please send a horizontal 16:9, 1920×1080 format in Photoshop, saved as a JPEG, and email it as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org. FSC templates – designed to clearly communicate your message – are available through the Campus Times.
