Coping with COVID-19

Campus Mental Health Services wants to help you deal with the deadly virus that has been haunting us all.

The pandemic has made the past six months a time of great uncertainty, which can cause overwhelming, difficult-to-deal-with emotions. If you are experiencing stress or anxiety from COVID-19, there is hope. Join the virtual meeting – “Coping with COVID” – and learn strategies to deal with your emotional difficulties in a healthy and adaptive way.
