Annual Option Transfer Period Underway

The 2020 Option Transfer Period and Pre-Tax Contribution Election Period (PTCP) for New York State employees is open now through December 31. Employees wanting to request a change during the Option Transfer Period must complete and submit a Health Insurance Transaction Form (PS-404) by December 31. Late enrollment provisions for adding family members may still apply. For 2020, Opt Out enrollees are not required to re-enroll in the plan as long as they continue to meet the eligibility requirements.
