Winter Commencement News for Faculty and Staff

Winter Commencement is less than six weeks away, scheduled for Wednesday, 12/18, at Nold Hall Athletic Complex (snow date is 12/19). There are things you need to know, and things we need to know from you.

Are you attending? If you have academic regalia, indicate it on this RSVP form, so that adequate seating may be reserved.
If you do not have regalia, you may order by Friday, 12/6.
If you are placing an order, you may pick it up at Barnes & Noble bookstore in the Campus Center, Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. The bookstore will be open at 8:30 a.m. on 12/18.
You will be notified when your regalia arrives.
Please arrive at Nold with your cap and gown no later than 10:15 a.m. Students are asked to arrive at 9:15 a.m.
