Fall Internship Offers Invaluable Experience and a Chance to Give Back

FSC students looking for an internship that will look great on a resume and give you invaluable work experience are invited to apply for a College Peer Mentor internship with Project Safety Net, NY.

The position is unpaid, and requires three hours a week. It runs from September 2019 – March 2020. You will be working with high-school age LGBTQ youth from under-served communities who will participate in a Theater Arts Collaborative in partnership with Roosevelt High School. Emphasizing diversity and highlighting a gay-straight alliance, this is an interdisciplinary initiative that utilizes the arts to support community-building activities, story-telling and peer mentoring.
