Professor Helps Keep Olympians Healthy

Dr. Jeff Poplarski

Dr. Jeff Poplarski, who teaches sport management in the School of Business, and is a sports chiropractic and sports performance specialist, volunteered recently at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. He worked hand-in-hand with the U.S. Olympic Team sports medicine staff.

Dr. Poplarski is well-known for organizing student field trips and volunteer outings. Recent events included a visit to the U.S. Open golf tournament to meet the tournament’s medical team. Dr. Poplarski is no stranger to the golf course, having served 10 years as the U.S. Golf Association’s Chairman of the Wellness Team.
