Giving Thanks on #GivingTuesday 12/1

Now that Thanksgiving has come and gone – we hope you had a happy one – you’ll want to know all about #GivingTuesday – an international movement to promote philanthropy. On Tuesday, December 1, starting at midnight, the Alumni Relations Office launches FSC’s own #GivingTuesday with the goal of having 250 friends, colleagues, alumni and business partners donate to the Alumni Association. Please help them reach their goal.

You may recall that the College launched a highly successful Farmingdale Forward 24-hour Challenge last year. In the words of one volunteer, “calling graduates and catching up is a lot of fun.”

Roosevelt Hall’s tour room is headquarters for all of the phone calls, and if you would like to help out on the phones, please reach out to Michelle.johnson@farmingdale.edu or Regina.vazquez@farmingdale.edu.

Throughout the day, the FSC homepage will be updated to show how many donations have been received.
